We use premium, weather-resistant materials including Grade-A teak, powder-coated aluminum, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) wicker to ensure durability against UV rays and moisture.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, for select oversized items and patio sets, we offer a white-glove delivery service which includes professional assembly and the removal of all packaging materials.
How do I maintain and clean my outdoor cushions?
Most of our cushions feature Sunbrella or high-performance fabrics. We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water, or removing the covers for machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle.
What is your return policy for furniture sets?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your furniture in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Are the furniture covers included with my purchase?
While some specific collections include protective covers, most are sold separately. We highly recommend purchasing our custom-fit weather covers to extend the life of your investment.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Our premium collections come with a standard 5-year limited warranty on frames and a 2-year warranty on fabrics and wicker elements against manufacturing defects.
